How Rudraa Ratna processes, ships and delivers orders across India.
Processing Time
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment verification. Custom, certificate-ready or consult-first items may need additional preparation time.
Domestic Shipping
We provide Pan-India delivery through reputed courier partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, DTDC). Standard transit takes 3 to 7 business days depending on destination pin code.
Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking AWB details are sent via WhatsApp and SMS. You can also monitor real-time consignment progress on our /track-order page.
Delays
Occasional transit delays may occur due to public holidays, seasonal festival rush, adverse weather, or incomplete addresses. Our support desk assists until delivery.
Damaged/Lost Package
For damaged or missing claims, customers must record a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and label before opening. Verified issues are replaced promptly.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, message us on WhatsApp immediately before the package is handed over to the courier partner.
