We offer Pan-India shipping. Orders are packed carefully and handed to trusted courier partners for delivery across India.
Order processing time
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received. Custom, certificate-ready or consult-first items may need additional preparation time.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes around 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the courier. Remote or non-metro pin codes may take longer.
Possible delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, festivals or holidays, weather, operational issues, or incorrect or incomplete address details.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment or order confirmation, so you can review the total before you pay.
Order tracking
Where available, tracking details are shared with you on WhatsApp, SMS or email. For the latest status, message us on WhatsApp at +91 93191 74358 with your order name and phone number.
Address accuracy & re-delivery
Please provide a correct and complete delivery address and a reachable phone number. If a parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address or an unreachable customer, re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Unboxing video for claims
For any damaged, missing, wrong, broken or tampered-package claim, please record one continuous unboxing video before opening the parcel, clearly showing the sealed package, shipping label, all sides of the parcel and the full opening. Claims may be difficult to verify without a clear unboxing video.
