Eligibility
Returns and replacements are accepted for items that arrive physically damaged in transit, broken, missing, or mismatched with the ordered specification.
Because spiritual products are consecrated and personal, items used or worn cannot be returned for subjective change of mind.
Return Process
To request a return or replacement, notify us within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp (+91 93191 74358) with your order reference and a clear continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and label before opening.
Exclusions
Custom-mix bracelets made to personalized wrist specifications, energized sanctum items, and items opened without an unboxing video are excluded from routine return.
Timelines
Once an approved return parcel is received at our Noida studio, inspection is completed within 2 business days. Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment source within 24 hours, reflecting in your bank within 5 to 7 business days.
