Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains order cancellation, returns and refunds for purchases from Rudraa Ratna.

Order cancellation (before dispatch)

You can request to cancel an order any time before it is dispatched by messaging us on WhatsApp at +91 93191 74358 with your order name and phone number. If the order has not yet been handed to the courier, we will cancel it and process any applicable refund.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it generally cannot be cancelled, except where cancellation is required by applicable law, or where the product is found to be unavailable after payment. In such cases we will inform you and process a refund.

Return & refund eligibility

Returns and refunds are accepted only where the item delivered is damaged, wrong or defective.

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
  • You must share a clear unboxing video and/or photos within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Energised, custom-selected or spiritual-use products may not be returnable once dispatched, unless they are damaged, wrong or defective.

How to raise a request

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 93191 74358 with your order details, the issue and your unboxing video or photos. Our team will review the request and respond with the next steps.

Refund processing

Once a refund is approved, it is processed to the original payment method. After we initiate the refund, your bank or payment provider may take around 5 to 7 business days to reflect it.

For Cash on Delivery, UPI or manual support cases, the refund mode (such as UPI or bank transfer) may be discussed and confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

Grievance escalation

If a genuine issue is not resolved through normal WhatsApp support, you may escalate it to the grievance officer using the contact details shown below. Please include your order name, phone number, issue summary and supporting photos/video where relevant.
