Every mineral has distinct gemological and physical attributes. Before any piece enters our inventory, it undergoes strict physical and optical verification:

• Specific Gravity & Weight: Natural Pyrite has a distinctive heavy metallic density; genuine Amethyst and Quartz carry a cool thermal feel that warmed glass or plastic cannot mimic.
• Internal Inclusions: Natural crystals possess organic internal veils, subtle color zoning, and microscopic fissures. Stones that appear completely flawless, overly translucent, or contain spherical air bubbles are rejected as artificial glass.
• Lustre and Texture: Genuine Elaeocarpus ganitrus (Rudraksha) exhibits deep, organic grooves and a woody, resilient cellular structure that cannot be replicated by molded resin.

• What a Real Certificate Proves: A genuine lab certificate confirms mineral identity (e.g., Natural Beryl, Corundum, Quartz) and whether treatment is detected. It does NOT promise magical or financial outcomes.

Natural vs Imitation — What to Check

We educate buyers so you can protect yourself across the entire marketplace:

• Temperature: Real stones feel cold against your cheek and take several moments to warm up. Plastic and resin warm almost instantly.
• Scratch Resistance: Natural quartz has a Mohs hardness of 7 and will scratch ordinary glass (Mohs 5.5).
• Color Distribution: Artificially dyed agates often show dye pooling around drill holes or surface cracks. Natural stones have balanced, organic coloration.
• Rudraksha Mukhi Lines: Fake Rudraksha often have carved lines with glue or pasted segments. Genuine mukhi lines run naturally from apex to base without sharp carving knife marks.

Q: Are your products energised?
Yes. Suitable products undergo traditional Panchtatva cleansing with Gangajal and sacred Vedic mantras. This is an ancient belief-based tradition conducted with reverence, never a guaranteed outcome promise.

Q: What if I receive a broken or tampered parcel?
Please record a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed parcel and label before opening. Our customer support will replace or refund verified transit damages promptly.
