Rudra Ratna sends all packages via reputed courier services such as Fedex, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post etc.

Shipping Policy

SHIPPING CHARGES: We offer free shipping within India on all our pre-paid orders above INR 1799/-

For orders below 1799/- shipping charges will be applicable as per location. We unfortunately do not have a cash on delivery policy.

Please make an unboxing video while opening your package to claim any damage or missing article.

DISPATCH: It will take up to 5-10 business days for the parcel to dispatch. Delivery may take longer during holidays / special occasions / any time to time Govt. restriction.

DELIVERY TIMELINE: It usually takes 5-7 business days after dispatch depending on your location. Please do not accept the package if it’s tampered or damaged.

ORDER TRACKING: As soon as your order leaves the warehouse, you will receive a tracking number/ID via email. Write to us at orders@rudraaratna.com to help with tracking the order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

Please make an unboxing video while opening the parcel without video no claim will be entertained.

In case you received a damaged or defective item or missing items within 24 hours of receiving the parcel, please contact our customer service team orders@rudraaratna.com immediately with an unboxing video. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Return policy:

Products once purchased cannot be canceled or returned or exchanged as they are energized in the receiver’s name, they cannot be used by anyone else, because they’re energized for the receiver's.

Before making any request for replacement, kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement only under following circumstances:

• The product received is different from the product ordered.
• The product received got damaged / lost during the shipping process. (please note package opening video is mandatory for replacement.)

The customer must attach the proof of purchase or receipt of the product with the opening video.

Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above mentioned circumstances:

Transportation cost for sending the product to the office shall be borne by the customer.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.
