Customer Guidance Specialist (WhatsApp & Consultations)
Engage thoughtfully with customers seeking guidance on crystals, Rudraksha, and Vastu. Requires calm communication, deep empathy, and willingness to master mineralogy.
Quality Inspection & Procurement Associate
Inspect incoming batches of natural gemstones, crystals, and beads under magnification. Verify specific gravity, manage lab testing submissions, and oversee packaging.
Internships
We offer 3-month summer and winter internships in Content Research, Vedic Gemology Documentation, and E-commerce Operations. Interns work directly with founder Shivi Agarwal and receive hands-on experience in conscious consumer brand building.
