Products once purchased cannot be canceled or returned or exchanged as they are energized in the receiver’s name, they cannot be used by anyone else, because they’re energized for the receiver’s.
Before making any request for replacement, kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement only under following circumstances:
- The product received is different from the product ordered.
- The product received got damaged / lost during the shipping process. (please note package opening video is mandatory for replacement.)
The customer must attach the proof of purchase or receipt of the product with the opening video.
Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange apart from the above mentioned circumstances:
Transportation cost for sending the product to the office shall be borne by the customer.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.
